EasyStart Flex
The EasyStart Flex is a great add to a 3 ton AC at my house in South Florida. There are times when we have weather that requires us to use a generator for powering our home. Like after hurricanes when FPL electric power is not available. I bought this, installed it in about and hour. Started things up and the unit went through its learning process. Very easy to do and now I can Air Condition my whole home with my AC. In the past I had to put in a small window AC to partially cool the air in just the common area. With this I can do the whole house. Thank you for this technology and for such a reasonable price, with easy instructions.

Micro-Air EasyStart Flex
Installed so that can use 8500 watt surge capable generator as whole house backup power. After installing, the HVAC compressor pulls about 22 amps as opposed to the original 100 or so startup amps. It has also quietened the startup so that the compressor decibels are no longer obtrusive. Good product, and easy to install DIY.

I believe this is the best proven soft start on the market to date. Installation was intimidating, but very easy on my new 4 ton Rheem condensing unit. My first time ordering from water yacht solutions and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

Amazing product and customer service!
I bought this soft starter along with the easy installation kit so I could use my air conditioner while using natural gas on my generator without having to power manage. I contacted their customer service through FB messenger asking for their assistance on the install, I gave them a picture of the wiring diagram and a picture of the inside of the AC panel. They responded within an hour and said they would get back to me the day after. Received the instructions that morning and took less than 1 hour to install with their easy to understand instructions!
