Great Product so far
I purchased the Easy Start 368 for my 3.5 Ton Carrier. Unit was easy to install. My neighborhood loses power frequently so we purchased a generator, but in 100+ degree Texas heat, running the AC is a must. Older versions come with a 28" harness but luckily the one I received was the 40" so I had plenty of length to install on the wall and feed into the condenser panel. I had to watch a YouTube video to confirm I installed correctly since my wires were not the same color. Cut my LRA to about 1/2 of what it used to be. Bluetooth only works when unit is on, but wish it could have a dedicated power connection to be able to read stats anytime. I ordered the installation kit as well which made things simpler, especially since I didn't have to buy a lot of crimped connectors, plus it comes with an additional cable gland connector to run on the AC side. The PG cable glands are not easy to find locally so the installation kit makes sense. I installed in an outdoor weatherproof box and used a grommet for the cable pass through. Great product. Note: For those with Current monitoring systems, your AC electrical signature will not be recognized immediately after installation.

Easy Start 368
No more "clunk" when the compressor starts. The install was pretty straight forward for my unit (after studying actual wiring and diagrams on Micro-air's webpage). This is supposed to extend the life of the compressor parts - Why don't manufacturers build these into new units already?
