Pump Bellows with Bushing and Bolt 385230980
The Sealand/Dometic VacuFlush bellows kit (230980) has been completely redesigned for improved durability and functionality on all S/T and J pumps in old and new styles. This kit comes complete with the eccentric bolt required for proper installation. The new bellows kit design can be easily identified because of its grey arm and grey bottom. We recommend changing the O-rings as well 385310151 for 8 bolt style or 385319039 for stainless steel band clamp.

Dometic Pump bellows replacement
This replacement part worked perfectly. ( I had purchased another bellows from a different supplier which failed almost immediately. It may have been made by by an aftermarket manufacturer. It had a translucent bellows. The upper O-ring surface did not fit well and leaked. Get the ones that look white like this one!) Note: you should also buy new O-rings, top and bottom, which are not included in this kit.
